Her doctoral research was focused on culture change and how to facilitate large scale culture change in organisations.

	Fiona Mac Farlane has been involved with higher education and training for more than 15 years. She has enjoyed attaining extensive experience in the establishment, management and operations of education and training institutions. Her development journey in recent years has expanded her role to that of an independent consultant and change catalyst working with a variety of organisations.
