Donna Glanvill is a consultant, designer and facilitator of organisation development processes with 10 years’ experience in OD, leadership and strategic change.

Stepping into a role as an organisational change agent from her very first job, she discovered a passion for organisations, their possibilities and their challenges, which she has pursued throughout her career. She has successfully developed and led interventions for global clients, from multinational corporates to parastatals and SME’s.

Donna’s passion is to support clients and practitioners in their work to build healthy and effective organisations, by blending a robust theoretical background with a pragmatic streak and passion for people and growth.

In her current role as Intervention Development Director to the Academy of Organisational Change and WorldsView Consulting, Donna creates and develops OD interventions and tools for practitioners to apply, as well as consulting to client organisations. She has also lectured in organisational development at leading South African business schools, spoken at conferences and published articles in leading publications and is the Convenor for the Johannesburg chapter of the SAODNetwork for 2012.
