Itha is a certified Lego Serious Play™ facilitator. She has used the methodology to facilitate strategy, team building, problem solving and futures thinking in a variety of organizations such as Absa (banking), Standard bank (banking), SMD (salvage and motor industry), Crawford Schools (education), Sanofi Aventis (pharmaceuticals), DST (government), DBSA (development bank) and others.

Itha facilitates scenario development, strategy design, innovation frameworks, brainstorm and problem-solving sessions amongst others. She trains people in specific tools and techniques, enabling them to advance their creative thinking capability, develop innovative solutions, manage complexity and benefit from diversity.

Itha has various international certifications (Lego Serious Play™, Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats® and Lateral Thinking™) allowing her to conduct training for organisations and teams. She is also certified in the HBDI™ instrument (Ned Herrmann, Thinking Preferences) and can do personal, pair as well as team analysis of thinking profiles and preferences, helping individuals, pairs and teams to become more effective.
