Louise van Rhyn is valued for her work with many of the world’s leading organisations, helping them to embrace change in extraordinary ways as well as to reap the benefits of change in tangible ways.
Her doctoral research was focused on culture change and how to facilitate large scale culture change in organisations. In addition to consulting, lecturing, facilitating large group learning and organisational development processes, Louise is also part of the Creating We Institute (an international thought leader network that includes the avant-garde of leadership and thought exploration). |

Louise is engaged in social entrepreneurship as part of her deep commitment to being a contribution to South Africa. She has worked with a diverse spectrum of organisations, from industrial to governmental and beyond and from local to global in scope. She has worked extensively in South Africa, Europe, USA, Australia, Singapore and the UK. |
