Lynette Cowley is a Psychologist with extensive involvement in Organisation Development and Change Management. As part of her doctoral research she developed a workshop to impart individual skills in change management and lifelong learning.

After a long and fulfilling career in the corporate environment, she is now in private practice with a focus on natural living, energy healing and stress management. She is currently researching quantum healing and spirituality.

She is also a co-owner of Ysterman Safety and Security, providing security doors and burglar proofing as well as trauma management. Lynette loves to assist people in small business development, life style management and abundant living.
