Mary-Joe is the CEO of NeuroLeadership Group and has a passion for developing individuals in organisations. She has undergone extensive training as a coach and is Professional ICF certified coach.

Personal development is a high priority for her and she has successfully completed a Postgraduate diploma in leadership development. Currently busy with her Masters in Personal, Interpersonal and Professional leadership through UJ. She is in the final stages of completing her postgraduate Certificate in Neuroleadership through Middlesex University.

Mary-Joe runs workshops for organisations where she uses the NeuroLeadership brain based coaching methodology. The Neuro Science of leadership workshop focuses on how the brain makes new connections and why it is so hard to change? She facilitates this practical workshop for all levels of staff. She is a qualified and Master facilitator for the Nine Conversations in Leadership through WorldsView Consulting. Mary-Joe has a BA with Psychology III, Education III and has co-authored two books: Financial Advisors Development Series (Butterworths) and Compliance Manual for Financial Advisors – IISA Here is a list of other qualifications:
