The programme is designed in such a manner that a solid foundation is first set around understanding the concept of OD, it's definition and how to "frame" your business to put it into a manageable perspective for yourself. It then builds from this base into the next steps, how to gather data related to the OD intervention and then how to implement this date, using a suitable change intervention model, back into the environment.
The course also requires you to put this theory knowledge into practice in your own work environment through allocated assignments after each session, all building together to ultimately make up a portfolio of evidence.
I would recommend this course to all new entrants into the OD field as the prefect course to assist you in finding your way and guiding you in the field of OD. Each model covers a variety of tools and/or models briefly to give you a understanding of how and where these could be used as part of your planned overall OD intervention. Should you wish to "specialize" in any specific intervention, this course would give you the different areas and where each fits into the overall OD process.”
